Handling six-meter-long timber packages
The operator guides 6 m long timber packages to the machine light-footedly: at Treppenbau Wiehl in Bingen, the maneuverable electric four-way pallet truck from Genkinger demonstrates its handling qualities. The maneuverable approach of the timber materials directly to the processing machines would not have been possible with a "large" sideloader that was also being considered for reasons of space. Pallets are also conveniently transported by the high lift truck. The high-lift truck picks up the loads via an extendable and retractable stem, a pantograph. The timber materials required for staircase production are taken from the company's mixed cantilever and pallet warehouse. Metal and timber companies are among the biggest users and beneficiaries of this device.
